Still buzzing after smashing my PB by 33% today. Many thanks to @decfitcesspt at @fitcessgym and @nickynacksnacks for cheering me on today. Could only many 2 reps at 100kg but this morning I was hoping for 80kg.

My take on a Keto Jaffa Cake. 5 ingredients. Almond flour, butter, xylitol, sugar free orange jelly and 85% dark chocolate. Full recipe coming soon but it's so simple you could probably figure it out from the pics.
Pizza sauce prep. Baby plum tomatoes. Garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil. Roast then blend with a bit of butter. Sorted.
Gutted to have missed out on @celebritycruises Apex to Norway last month, so have booked on Silhouette for next year. Nothing gonna stop me #SailingWithCelebrity
